Customers

Everyone who has ordered from you, segmented so the ones drifting away are visible before they are gone.

The four segments

Tabs across the top, each carrying its count:

SegmentWho is in it
EveryoneAll customers who have ordered from you.
ActiveMore than one order, and not yet overdue by their own rhythm — everyone who is neither New nor At risk.
At riskRepeat customers who have gone quiet — the segment worth acting on.
NewExactly one order so far.

"At risk" is measured per customer, not by a fixed number of days

A customer is at risk when they have been silent for more than twice their own usual gap. A weekly regular is overdue after a fortnight; a monthly diner is not. A flat "30 days" rule would flag the monthly customer wrongly and miss the weekly one entirely.

There is a three-week floor, so somebody who happened to order twice in one week is not written off by Thursday.

At risk is the most useful screen in this section. A customer who stopped coming rarely tells you. They are still reachable — a coupon or a note lands while they still remember you, which is not true a quarter later.

Finding and sorting

Search by name, email or phone. Sort by Top spenders, Most orders, Recently ordered, Quiet the longest, or Name. "Quiet the longest" paired with the At risk segment is the win-back list.

Each row shows orders, lifetime spend, last seen (as "Today" or "12 days ago" rather than a bare date), loyalty balance, and their review average with how many they left.

The figures above the list

FigureMeaning
Repeat rateHow many have ordered more than once. The single best measure of whether the food and service hold up.
At riskHow many are drifting.
Lifetime spendWhat this customer base has been worth to you.

These are calculated over your search, not your segment — so switching segment does not move the headline numbers underneath you.

One customer

Opening a customer shows their order history with you, their spend, their loyalty balance and the reviews they left. It is what you read before telephoning somebody about a complaint or a win-back.

Exporting

Export writes exactly what is on screen — same search, same segment, same sort, without pagination. So "at risk, quiet the longest" exports as that list and nothing else.

An exported customer list is personal data. Where you trade decides what you may do with it and how long you may keep it. Marketing to it is a different permission from having it — see GDPR & privacy.

When it doesn't work

A customer is missing

They ordered as a guest without an account, or they have not ordered from you — this list is yours, not the platform's.

At risk is empty on a new restaurant

Correct. The measure needs at least two orders from somebody to know their rhythm.

The counts do not match my order count

One customer, many orders. And guests without accounts place orders without appearing here.
